In Ibiboat, ( Supplies and works ibiza, SL our priority is to ensure that every experience is perfect. We understand that unforeseen events can happen, so we have designed a cancellation policy clear and equitable to all parties.

1. Cancellations by the Customer

• With more than 60 days in advance: You will be refunded the 100% of the amount paid (excluding costs of bank management if any).
• Between 30 and 15 days in advance: We will retain the 50% the total amount of the booking as a penalty and reserve the date.
• With less than 15 days in advance: There shall be the return of any amount, since the vessel has been locked exclusively for your group, preventing other reserves.

2. Cancellation by Weather Conditions (Security)

Safety is non-negotiable. In case of adverse weather conditions (excessive wind, sea state or dangerous storms that prevent the navigation according to the criteria of our Captain):

• Option To (Re-programming): We will try to move the reservation to another day available of your stay, this term is of mutual agreement between the customer and the company.
• Option B (Refund): If it is not possible to find a new date, we will proceed to full refund of the booking, ensuring total transparency.

3. Return procedure

• All refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original booking.
• The estimated time of processing is 5 to 10 working daysdepending on your bank.
• In case of cancellations within the time allowed, an invoice will be issued corrective or credit note corresponding.

4. “No Show” (Default)

In the event that the customer not present at the meeting point and time agreed upon and without prior notice, or, will be delayed 1 hour, shall be deemed to be service as done and enjoyed; and does not proceed to any type of return.
